The Problem
Canopy was feeling frustrated with the reporting tools they had in place.
They were complicated, required a lot of maintenance, and had a high price point. The tools also didn’t provide strong data visualization options, nor did they offer the level of granularity their clients needed.
Most of Canopy’s clients are in the senior living space, and they work with several large enterprises that need to drill their data down to the individual community level. Having a detailed reporting system in place that allowed them to build data pipelines and filter information down to the correct level of granularity was critical for Canopy, as their clients were in need of detailed monthly reports to demonstrate the efficacy of Canopy’s marketing campaigns.
The Solution
TapClicks designed custom dashboards for Canopy to provide their clients with around the clock access to their marketing data.
Each client now has an individual login, allowing them to access their custom dashboards 24/7. In addition to individual dashboards for each of Canopy’s clients, Canopy also has their own marketing dashboard where they can pull specific information and create marketing strategies based off of that data.

However, TapClicks had the platform up and running in less than 4 weeks, finalizing the dashboard 5 months ahead of schedule. Within only 3 days of onboarding, Canopy provided logins to their clients, offering them the opportunity to review their marketing metrics and utilize the custom dashboards.
Canopy can now build reports faster and with more options, including scheduling automated reports, which is something they didn’t have in place previously. They can also send out reports faster, and the overall structure of TapClicks’ system makes it easy to keep their data pipelines clean.
